    This guy is so small. Asians are not minority or with color? If he wanted equity maybe he should focus on the schools that are failing. The specialized schools have 14 nobel laureats. It makes no sense to pick on the successful schools rather than the failing schools. Specialized schools contributed to america's success with bright young talents. Carranza is not about education, he is a divisive and bitter influence who is not interested in a successful america, a successful new york. He is only interested in creating chaos and division among the races not a unified strong new york.
