Rush Limbaugh: Hurricanes Are Fake News

Rush Limbaugh think that hurricanes are part of a conspiracy theory to take down Trump. Cenk Uygur, the host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what …

I listened to this very show from rush. In the beginning of this segment he clarified to people that he was NOT a meteorologist. That there IS a dangerous hurricane and that people SHOULD be alert. All he was saying is that then media makes it sound as bad as they can possibly make it sound to help their arguments on climate change and to get people to go out and buy buy buy. And sure enough. It was forecasted as hitting as a category 5 and when it hit land it was a category 4. He was right on the money with it.

Notice how these supposed master of manipulation, Rush Limbaugh, Donald Trump, Saxton, etc. are saying idiotic and down right insane things…. no shock, they aren’t true and they aren’t masters of anything, they were just able to manipulate the people of the past because there was no way for the gullible to fact check them before…. and most people are not that stupid, besides the small amount of people who followed trump, and I have only ever met one of them and they told me they regret their decision.

It takes a.long time to evacuate an area especially when there are hundred of thousands living there. Roads get absolutely clogged, fuel gets purchased and hoarded, food needed to take on the journey gets bought up, etc.

It's a sign of how scientifically illiterate Americans have become that you saw so many calling the predicted turn northward of hurricane Irma and its potential impact on Florida a hoax, or a lie from the "fake news" media. Computer models very accurately predicted the path of the hurricane days before it actually hit Florida. These were computer models not unlike the kind used to predict climate change. This allowed people to prepare and take action. If we hadn't listened to the science, and had instead listened to the ignorant anti-science conspiracy theorists who thought Irma would continue its path west, there would have been many more deaths and people trapped in rising flood waters.

It's the same for climate change. Climate deniers are using opinion, not science, to confuse the American public on this issue, and there will devastating results–far worse than 1000 hurricane Irmas.

I love that Rush evacuated. Why did he do this if it was fake news? Ignorant, lying, conservative, brain dead science deniers shouldn't be allowed to evacuate from catastrophes they think are fake.

Is Trump a result of climate change too?  Replenish our air, plant a tree today. Al Gore ? According to him we all should have been dead three years ago. As far as hurricane Harvey  goes, it was trapped  on the Texas coastline for 4 days with very little movement sitting out on the warm waters from the Gulf feeding off of it and was held in place by 2 high pressure areas and could not go anywhere. So all that moisture fed by the Gulf had to come down and it did come down. What did those 2 high pressure zones have to do with climate change ? That is as dumb as blaming climate change for Tornados in the mid-western states. Next thing you know that will be blaming climate change for earthquakes and volcanos too. Proven fact is our weather is influenced and controlled by the solar flares and activity on the sun. The more activity the more weather we experience on the earth. That has been known for years. Clean air and water, that is a whole different can of worms. Yes we do have a major concern and issue. I personally do not blame climate change for weather related events. I go by the old school theory because it has never been disproven. Some people are blaming these recent events on the approach of Niburu or planet X. Who is right and who is wrong ? Fact remains weather has cycled for thousands of years and will continue to do so. What people have to come to grips with is the pollutants we put into the air and water. Weather patterns and cycles will continue no matter how much money we funnel to the G6 or any other group that claims we need these funds to help stop climate change. Another form of taking tax dollars and redistributing those funds to other countries. That is called wealth distribution and using climate change as the vehicle to obtain those funds so that they can be redistributed by the various organizations who disguise themselves under the cover of climate change organizations.
