Juvenile Justice: Why are so many black kids locked up in N.J.?



OPINION – A black child in New Jersey is over 30 times more likely to be detained or jailed than a white child. In 2017, 70% of incarcerated kids were black, and just 8% were white.

    If u do a crime u need to do time, it don’t matter what color u are
