    This book belongs in the category of fiction
    Revisionist history at it's finest. I wonder if she would publicly debate me?

    Isn't it ironic that white supremacists chose their racist battle ground on a land named for a Black British Royal —-Queen Charlotte Sophia!!!

    The "Unite the Right" rally turned deadly in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Aug. 12, 2017, when Heather Heyer, 32, was killed and many injured by a Nazi sympathizer who plowed his car into a crowd of counter demonstrators protesting the gathering of white supremacists opposed to Charlottesville’s decision to remove a public statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee.

    Yet, Charlottesville, is named for Queen Charlotte Sophia, Portuguese mulatto queen of English King George III. They're ancestors of Prince Harry! Coincidentally:
    1. Meghan & Harry married on Queen Charlotte's bday/5-19;
    2. The couple was minted Duke & Duchess of Sussex. The 1st Duke of Sussex was Queen Charlotte's son;
    3. The pair married @ St. George's Chapel. Queen Charlotte is buried there!

    I would like to read this book. Im 56 years of age and the fact that this Queen exist was never taught in my school is sad to me. It makes me wonder how much more is hidden. We should have legions of black people researching to bring as much to light as we can. For movies and books, playes to be read aloud to those who cant read, even for the blind who can not see. Leave no stone unlifted and no secret unknow for our people to know.
    WE HAVE BEEN LOT TO LONG!

    Illegal humanity. We should be ashamed of our 77 out of wedlock rate, or of the continued dehumanization of our young girls through over 40 years of hip hop, or our sky high domestic violence rates. I am proud of Meagan yes. as a Women and a Black Women so stop the nonsense.

    This isn't history, it's rewriting history. Reinterpretation of history is normal, but rewriting is for dictators.

    I must admit that I was sceptical and after all we are all descended from Africa. Also the spouses of the English royal family are mostly overlooked in historical study. Yet this is fascinating stuff. I am proud that Charlotte was our Queen and that she was against slavery. Thank you for reviving this hidden history.

    Note that Prince William and Kate Middleton have named their first two children "George" and "Charlotte" after this queen and the king she married. Also noteworthy, Britain has changed the law so that Princess Charlotte will be the first woman in line for the throne in spite of having two brothers also eligible. Long live Charlotte!

    She wasn't invisible. She was Queen of the United kingdom from 1761 until she died in 1818. Hardly hidden. So much silliness.

    Queen Sophia Charlottes “black ancestor” was dead 500 years before Sophia Charlotte was born. How does that make her black??

    So ? What are you doing about the state of black community. Male education enrollment is dropping, the girls are having babies left right and center with no stable family structure. What is the hope for the future, definitely not these feel good stories.
