as far as black homownership of course its down. it was only up because banks would give a loan to anyone. Bad criedt low pay sure you can buy an expensive house you can’t afford. Obama bailed them out if they promised to never do that agian. But housing is so expensive because of ghettos. Like chicago is a perfect example of that there are hundreds of miles of housing that could be affordable on the south and west side. But there is a shooting there once every hour. So anyone with a job cant live there. Now they have to buy a house froma rich white person in the burbs which no one can afford. So they have to rent and rent is ski high because of the shootings in half the city.

Let’s be fair here, and I’m black by the way.

What are most blacks majoring in while at college?

Can guarantee you the majority didn’t major in STEM subject.

Social work, psychology, communications, sociology, and African studies won’t afford you decent salaries in the present economy.

We need more black businesses and less black college graduates. College is just a business that thrive on school loans debts than actually teaching practical skills to be self-sufficient.

This sister have NOT listened to Malcolm X…He is been saying this since the early 60s…people create jobs for themselves…Why is this sister comparing black unemployment to white unemployment. If we don't have jobs is because WE are NOT creating them.
    It's that simple.

If you’re a Black doctor, 10 doctors can pay for one Black college student to become a doctor and that’s with any profession. There should be a pot set up by the Black communities for repaying student loans. People are going to jail over $30.00 debt by creditors!

Black educated people need to go to the areas where Black people are not aware of power economic, home ownership or anything else that would be beneficial to them. Educated Black people speak in a language to the Black people who aren’t so versed in large words could understand you. And it’s time to keep everyone out of Black people business because, they constantly use what we talk about to block our progress.

Black people must pull together as one and put money in a pot to help buy homes and fix up to code in our communities. Put money into a pot to help pay for good lawyers for Black men that gets poor legal representation in the judicial system.

The number of black college students has doubled since 1996 but economics has a way of putting us more behind in debt because of the us governments wheeling and dealing.
